I’ve always been someone that really enjoys it when a writer successfully blends genres. An expert blend of sci-fi and horror is what I love to read and watch. To a large extent, that’s what I’m trying to pull off with Broken Skies.

I start with a ‘what if?” idea, mull it over for a while (anywhere from a few days to months depending on where I am with the current work in progress) and let the major characters emerge in my mind. When I start writing I usually have a vague idea of how the story might end, but no idea of how to get from the start to the finish. I let the story unfold as I write

I have always read a lot. As a kid I read comics, I could name the planets in order from the sun at a very young age…and tell you a little about each.
